  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives
  • Drive pipeline generation and outbound execution
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and deal reviews
  • Monitor quota pacing
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement
  • Ensure effective use of sales tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product
  • Foster a team-first culture
