Requirements

• Master's degree in quantitative discipline
• 10+ years of experience in ML and Statistics
• Strong experience in AI and ML in fintech
• Experience with DataOps, MLOps, and DevSecOps
• Experience building ML models with PyTorch and Scikit-learn
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience with AWS services
• Familiarity with Snowflake

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced ML models for financial factors
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Engineering teams
• Coach and mentor data analysts and engineers
• Translate model insights into business strategies
• Ensure efficient delivery through planning and prioritization
• Build and deploy machine learning models
• Implement DataOps and MLOps
• Work with model registry tools
