Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience shipping a full product or significant feature
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools

Responsibilities

• Contribute strategic thinking to product features
• Design intuitive products for complex workflows
• Own user experience for a product area
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Partner with PMs and engineers to implement features
• Participate in design reviews
