Platform Engineer

Overview

Role involves developing technologies for the green energy industry and enhancing shared Helm charts.

Ideal candidate should have production experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, and AWS.

Requirements

• Production experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Hands-on experience with GitOps
• Experience with AWS required
• Proficiency with Terraform and/or Crossplane
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Audit and migrate existing repositories
• Review Git repositories and workflows
• Identify gaps in repository structure
• Design plan for central service registry
• Coordinate cutover with application teams
• Set up centralized Helm-chart registry
• Standardize and publish team charts
• Build/extend IaC pipelines and GitOps flows
