Implementation Engineer

Overview

Role involves leading technical discussions and guiding customers in product integration.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech.

Requirements

• 4 years experience in technical account management or integration engineering
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Expertise in at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js)

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on technical and product strategy
• Develop relationships with customers
• Work with developers for technical guidance
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams
• Monitor product integrations and ramp-ups
