Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of sourcing experience and strong language skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for US-based companies
• Excellent command of English
• Advanced Spanish and Portuguese skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Proficiency with ATS and social recruiting platforms
• Detail-oriented
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
