• Knowledge of accounting software
• Understanding of CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Support Partner Sales channel
• Demonstrate Xero solutions
• Assist partners with data conversions
• Handle Partner technical queries
• Update CRM system
• Manage creation of resources
• Engage with territory sales staff
• Educate partners on resources
