• 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles
• Experience with Fortune 500 customers
• Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Support prospects in identifying and validating business impacts
• Build and run proof of concepts
• Conduct discovery on existing processes
• Lead proof-of-concept pilots
• Act as technical lead for RFP responses
• Develop understanding of Writer solutions
• Work with Product and Engineering for QA
• Act as a resource for Partner ecosystem
