Responsibilities

• Support prospects in identifying and validating solutions
• Build proof-of-concept projects
• Conduct discovery on existing processes
• Lead feedback reviews of custom templates
• Act as technical lead for RFP responses
• Develop understanding of Writer solutions
• Work with product and engineering for QA
• Act as resource for Partner ecosystem
