Ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS with strong technical and customer management skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical roles
• 3+ years in solutions architect or technical account management
• Experience with Fortune 500 customers
• Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering
• Experience working with APIs

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Success and Account Management
• Scope customer needs and validate technical feasibility
• Own creation of custom templates
• Communicate limitations and propose solutions
• Develop understanding of Writer solutions
• Work closely with Engineering for QA
• Develop new processes and workflows
• Communicate customer voice to Product and Engineering
