Requirements

• 8+ years in cloud platform engineering
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficient in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures
• Strong focus on security and tenant isolation
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience establishing new teams and best practices

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the cloud platform team
• Architect and implement multi-cloud infrastructure
• Design and build scalable systems for multi-tenant workloads
• Define best practices for automated infrastructure
• Implement tenant isolation mechanisms
• Create environment lifecycle automation
• Design cross-region capabilities
• Mentor and grow the cloud platform team
