• Lead operational readiness workshops
• Manage change impact assessment sessions
• Build relationships with agency stakeholders
• Provide guidance to process owners
• Monitor progress against milestones
• Collaborate with HCM Technology team
• Contribute to global documentation standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities
