Requirements

• 3+ years experience in consulting
• Knowledge of integrations and system design
• Experience with at least one Integration Platform

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in adopting Workato platform
• Engage with customers for requirements
• Share best practices for deployment and integration
• Work with Product and Engineering on customer feedback
• Become a Workato evangelist
• Conduct post-onboarding health checks
• Create content for technical consulting team
• Deliver outstanding customer service
