Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated workflows
• Gather and analyze key performance metrics
• Create reports and dashboards
• Monitor and optimize existing automations
• Collaborate with the Account Management Director
• Support the Account Management team
• Maintain documentation for automated processes
• Conduct interviews for Account Manager candidates
