• RN License
• 3+ years of clinical research or nursing experience
• Proven understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and engagement strategies for Mobile Research Nurses
• Manage MRN personnel and performance
• Oversee clinical training programs
• Collaborate with project management to improve clinical processes
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with GCP
