• Oversee multi-country payroll operations
• Ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
• Lead payroll audits and reporting
• Manage payroll vendors
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership to payroll teams
• Standardize payroll processes
• Perform payroll reconciliations
