Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrations of WalkMe into SAP platforms
• Act as liaison between SAP and WalkMe teams
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Manage technical escalations and ensure compatibility
• Create standardized processes for validation and optimization
• Support QA processes
• Contribute to integration methodology improvements
• Drive coordination for future enhancements
