• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms
• Proven leadership in architectural standards
• Proven experience in security and compliance best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize backend systems
• Develop backend services with Product, Design, DevOps
• Make decisions on system architecture
• Ensure code quality through testing and reviews
• Mentor engineering teammates
• Optimize backend performance and security
• Participate in on-call rotation
