Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of veterinary clinics
• Act as liaison between clinics and internal teams
• Define project goals and success metrics
• Assist clinics with workflow migration
• Build and manage project plans
• Deliver training and support clients
• Communicate updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering
