• Experience in Operations or Remote Troubleshooting
• Preferred Agile Scrum Certification
• Experience in Scripting or Programming Languages
• Knowledge of computing and data troubleshooting
• Experience with network and remote system troubleshooting
• Demonstrated knowledge of data management
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Suite
