Requirements

  • Fluent English required
  • Previous troubleshooting/administration experience required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL/Oracle, Windows OS required
  • Ability to learn and explain technical information
  • Excellent time management skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Veeam clients
  • Analyze and diagnose software problems
  • Maintain customer rapport and communication
  • Operate in changing and stressful environments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
