Requirements

• 8+ years in Software Engineering or SRE
• Experience mentoring senior engineers
• Expertise in building distributed systems on public cloud

Responsibilities

• Mentor senior engineers
• Define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Lead complex incident responses
• Promote a blameless culture
• Lead initiatives in infrastructure as code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide architectural guidance
• Represent SRE team in technical forums
