• Confident navigating Windows and macOS environments

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
• Manage internal network services
• Set up and manage user accounts
• Automate internal IT processes
• Support helpdesk operations
• Maintain and evolve internal IT documentation
