Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Master Vanta's product
  • Explain complex solutions simply
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Create test cases for the Product team
  • Escalate bug reports
  • Contribute to documentation
  • Participate in team meetings
