• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and equity management
• Build and maintain equity burn models
• Manage compensation systems ensuring data integrity
• Conduct compensation data analysis
• Support compensation audits and compliance initiatives
• Build dashboards for people analytics
• Improve daily compensation operations
