• B2B SaaS experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• General knowledge of a scripting language
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationship with customers
• Develop understanding of product capabilities
• Support customers during trial process
• Build product examples and documentation
• Provide market feedback to product team
• Cultivate teamwork and creativity
• Drive new programs for sales transition
• Listen to customers and discuss strategy
