Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through onboarding and implementation
  • Monitor customer health and prioritize accounts
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers
  • Provide technical answers for compliance
  • Collaborate with CS team for engagement
  • Liaise with Support for issue resolution
  • Gather customer feedback for Product team
