Data Product Associate

Overview

Role involves connecting product, customer, and data teams to drive insights and improve analytics.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a data or product analyst role, strong SQL skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK) and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US

Requirements

• 2+ years in data, product, or business analyst role
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Own analytics backlog for Customer Success and Product
• Translate requests into structured analysis
• Build dashboards and reports
• Write complex SQL queries
• Use Python or Google Sheets for analysis
• Improve internal reporting workflows
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering
• Support data culture
