Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiar with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to communicate findings clearly

Responsibilities

• Analyze platform usage and user interaction
• Identify friction points and opportunities
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Recommend improvements to data processes
• Communicate findings to stakeholders
