• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years payroll experience in Japan
• Strong knowledge of local payroll tax
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Specialists on payroll compliance
• Educate Product team on legislation
• Develop legislative specifications for reports
• Ensure compliance awareness of Product team
