Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer orders
• Coordinate with Sales teams
• Monitor order status and communicate delays
• Allocate inventory to orders
• Schedule and track inbound shipments
• Collaborate with internal teams for supply continuity
• Support process improvements
• Generate and analyze supply chain KPIs
