Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all stages
• Serve as primary contact for clients and teams
• Oversee integration of architectural and MEP disciplines
• Monitor project budget and procurement
• Lead internal resources and contractors
• Conduct regular site visits
• Identify and manage project risks
• Develop and maintain work schedules
