Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for expenses
• Review and validate vendor invoices
• Configure and optimize approval workflows
• Partner with Marketing on contracts
• Lead monthly close process
• Prepare journal entries
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance
