• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification required
• 2-5 years of inpatient facility audits experience
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT/HCPCS coding
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews on coders
• Provide education based on audit findings
• Identify trends and create training
• Comply with health information policies
