  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce or finance
  • Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and accounting platforms
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Experience in health or subscription-based brands is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-purchase email flows
  • Plan and execute Klaviyo campaigns
  • Create customer segmentation strategies
  • Own customer support inbox
  • Build and maintain SOPs
  • Analyse monthly P&L and operational expenses
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics
  • Provide monthly reporting on financial health
