Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls
  • Allocate and dispatch jobs
  • Handle quote and invoice preparation
  • Provide updates to insurers and police
  • Maintain records of calls and dispatches
  • Support General Manager with reporting
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage multiple conversations under pressure
