Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Match invoices to payments
  • Assist with bank reconciliation
  • Maintain vendor and customer records
  • Communicate with internal clinic teams
  • Support weekly payment runs
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain proper digital filing
