Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare data analysis experience
• Master's in epidemiology or related field preferred
• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, SPSS, Python, or R
• Deep knowledge of HEDIS & CMS measures
• Understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement
• Hands-on knowledge of healthcare data
• Experience with social determinants of health data
• Ability to solve complex problems

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve health and financial outcomes
• Analyze EMR/EHR and claims data
• Communicate findings and recommend actions
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and data scientists
• Perform data quality checks
• Understand client business goals
• Guide other analysts and provide technical leadership
• Identify opportunities and root causes
