• 5+ years experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B
• Strong CC&B and CCS expertise
• Experience in OIC and File Manage Transfer
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL development
• Broad functional knowledge of CC&B in 2-3 core areas

Responsibilities

• Manage support ticket system
• Provide business user support
• Evaluate and test patches
• Maintain configuration changes
• Monitor system alerts
• Develop and update reports
• Provide training on changes
