Requirements

• 10+ years in health plan operations
• 5+ years managing technical teams
• 5+ years with SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with BI tools preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analytic Consultants
• Manage development lifecycle of reports and dashboards
• Provide technical direction to data engineering team
• Coordinate design needs between teams
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners
• Provide leadership in report distribution planning
• Develop best practices for the team
• Guide team on operational analytics
