• Serve as liaison between global TED team and regional partners
• Adapt global TED programs to local needs
• Lead employee listening mechanisms
• Translate feedback into actionable insights
• Facilitate training and learning opportunities
• Design regional talent and engagement scorecard
• Stay current on organizational health trends
