Overview

Role responsible for enhancing security enablement and fostering a security-first culture.

Ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in information security and strong knowledge of security principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in information security or related field
• Prior experience with Security Champions program
• Strong knowledge of security principles and frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Security Champions Program
• Create framework for recruiting Security Champions
• Organize meetings and events for collaboration
• Develop training material
• Act as liaison between employees and security
• Collaborate with Learning and Development teams
• Work with security teams to expand offers
