• Deep Workday experience
• Cross platform experience with integration and data governance
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks
• Agile delivery alignment experience

Responsibilities

• Design and govern security across Workday
• Perform threat modeling and security assessments
• Lead compliance activities for SOX, SOC2, GDPR
• Guide platform teams in agile delivery
• Partner with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT
• Manage incidents and support audits
