• Comfortable building fullstack applications using Typescript and React
• Strong communication skills and high customer empathy

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers' core revenue processes
• Diagnose and solve complex customer needs
• Build operator tooling
• Provide feedback to product teams
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams
