Requirements

  • 8+ years customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills with Java Application Middleware
  • Understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL
  • Familiarity with Linux OS environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Certified Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate incident remediation
  • Serve as POC for major severity incidents
  • Support and resolve incident calls
  • Manage Tier 2 incident responses
  • Implement Incident Management process
  • Represent customer during operations
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement
