Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of implementation consulting experience and strong technical skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years implementation experience
• Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful API

• Onboard clients and partners
• Support technical implementations
• Manage beta testing
• Diagnose application issues
• Configure and troubleshoot products
• Collaborate with departments
• Train clients on products
• Document communications and issues
