Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain dealer accounts
  • Advocate for dealer success
  • Onboard and train dealer accounts
  • Monitor and resolve dealer escalations
  • Serve as liaison between Dealer and Dealer Operation teams
  • Report sales and service activity in Salesforce
  • Support a team environment
  • Develop trusting relationships with dealers
