• Strong experience with scalable applications and APIs
• Deep knowledge of NodeJS and frontend frameworks
• Expertise with AWS services and Infrastructure-as-Code

• Lead technical evolution of Tilt's platform
• Define engineering strategy
• Build and mentor engineering teams
• Drive standards for quality and performance
• Foster cross-functional collaboration
• Set and track KPIs
• Represent Engineering in company-wide decisions
