4+ years experience managing large paid Facebook/Instagram accounts Experience in driving B2C or B2B lead acquisition Experience on secondary paid social platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok Knowledge of SKAD, ATT & IFDA tracking solutions Experience driving traffic to websites, mobile apps, call centres Ability to lead creative discussions with stakeholders Comfortable using data visualisation tools like Looker or Tableau

Own growth & performance of paid social operations Deploy multi-million budget across channels Work with Data, Product, Web teams Provide voice for paid social across the business Get hands-on with accounts, design tests, maintain best practices
