Requirements

  • Native-level German proficiency
  • Customer service or telesales experience
  • Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML preferred

Responsibilities

  • Call potential members to guide them through onboarding
  • Answer questions and highlight Tide's benefits
  • Work with KYC team to ensure correct documentation
  • Utilize upselling skills for Tide products
